Returns are available in size only.
To initiate an exchange and Return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to request exchange and return authorization by email: info@moonmains.com or whatsapp +971501956434
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documents that came with it.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the exchange and return.
- You can have store credits can be redeemed in 6 months if you are not willing to exchange at the purchased time.
Exchange must be done during 14 days only from receiving the orders.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns/exchange or cancellation:
Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, have no tag or label, or
Customized items that are done on specific measurements or customized designs, these products can not be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.
