Exchange & Return Policy
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to request exchange or return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documents that came with it.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue and send the exchange.

- Contact our customer service team to request return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documents that came with it.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund at your original payment method or as a voucher coupon that can be redeemed with any item from Moonmains.
- Exchange and Return can be requested by email.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, have no tag or label, or have been altered in any way.
- Items that are marked on sale.
- Items sold in sale period
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.
