Exchange & Return Policy

To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team to request exchange or return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documents that came with it.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue and send the exchange.

  • Contact our customer service team to request return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documents that came with it.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund at your original payment method or as a voucher coupon that can be redeemed with any item from Moonmain.
  • Exchange and Return can be requested by email.
  • Must be within 7 days for sales item.
  • Must be within 14 days for non sales items.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, have no tag or label, or have been altered in any way.
  • Items that are marked on sale.
  • Items sold in sale period

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.
